and although I was reminded of Neo in the Matrix who originally stole it from him, I was glad.
'cause he was flying like the super man that he is.

I thought the same thing...about the not flying bit. Seems they are changing a few things here and there, I also hear that Kid Flash will be on a future episode (#4?). Guess they are bringing some actual DC heroes into Smallville.
